PAR-CS-006	Request for credit denied	The requested credit cannot be reserved against the specified subscriber account. The client may attempt to reserve a smaller amount or resubmit the credit request at a later point in time.
PAR-CS-011	Spend limit reached	Spend limit reached
POL-033	Subscriber barred	The targeted subscriber is barred. The client should not try to resubmit the request.
